    Promised a great hotel room for parents for 50th Anniversary. Initial hotel room ALREADY had a guest in it. After 2 more changes, given filthy, small, run down room. A major disappointment for me and them, in addition they were to tired and kind to complain at the time. Would not recommend a Sheraton to anyone, especially for special occasions!

    The hotel rooms were extremely small and needed updating badly. The wallpaper was peeling and the bathroom sink was cracked in several places. net service was $10 a day; local phone calls were $1.50; and $7 a day to park in their parking lot. breakfast meal buffet was small and overpriced. We travel on business as well as for pleasure and have many hotels to compare this one too.

    Good location--close to Old Market. Bed was fantastic. Historic restoration interesting and gorgeously done. wish had been there in better weather so as to enjoy the gorgeous courtyard.

    it was first time to omaha and it was a blast we came from cleveland ohio for a wedding and we had a fantastic time and the service was awesome. would go back.
    2 smiles Historic, but needs improvements...
    This is a historic property, in addition is in desperate need of improvements. The window in hotel room was terribly drafty, pealing wallpaper in bathroom, rust stains in bathtub. Street noise was also quite loud because windows are old and single paned. help is friendly and somewhat helpful. Overall, this property is not up to par for a Sheraton.
